This truck has been built by a long time hot rod builder and enthusiast who is also an MOT inspector. He is meticulous in his approach and consequently the mechanicals on the vehicle are excellent. The truck has a rebuilt small block 5.7 litre Chevy V8 with a reground crank. It also has a new timing chain kit, new oil pump and a chrome dress up kit.
It has recently had a disc brake conversion on the rear and the hand brake/foot brake assembly has been rebuilt and works perfectly.
The truck is sitting on 20 inch Boss rims. It drives true and straight and the Tremec gearbox really suits the vibe of the vehicle.
The truck is a patina vehicle with largely original paint. It’s very solid but has a few cosmetic knocks and bangs as an unrestored 49 year old body would have.
The interior has been repainted and the seats have been recovered. The truck has a digital speedo and the original dials.
It’s a turn key vehicle ready for a new owner.
